Best book for rf and microwave. While arguably a microwave/RF book, I rarely use this for microwave design. Lee's Design of CMOS RF IC's is also great if you're doing circuit design stuff. If you're working with antennas and need the extra background on that, Balanis' Antenna Theory is very clear despite its length and walks through the math/theory I have a physics background, and have taken a few electronics courses - is there a particularly good book to learn about RF engineering for someone like me?
