I found the problem, the dude put too many holes in the airbox for the yoshi exhaust which was making it run too lean. It has been rejected with dyno jet stage 2 jet kit and it has a big bore, aftermarket exhaust, and the original carbs were frozen from sitting outside in the element so they got tossed without knowing their true value.
